At Zoftbags, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom bags and accessories to clients across the globe. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
🌍 Worldwide Shipping
We deliver to clients across India and internationally. Shipping is handled through trusted professional courier and cargo partners. If you have a preferred logistics partner, we’re happy to coordinate delivery through them.
🚚 Shipping Charges
All product quotes are EXW (Ex-Works) and do not include shipping charges. Freight, duties, or any taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs vary based on destination, mode (air/road/cargo), and order volume.
⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Shipping timelines depend on the production lead time of your order. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will share estimated delivery timelines based on your location and shipping method.
🔎 Tracking Information
All tracking details provided by the shipping company are forwarded to the customer once the shipment is dispatched.
📦 Pickup Option
Customers may also arrange their own pickup from our warehouse after coordination.
📮 Remote Area Deliveries
We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. For remote or restricted areas, we use IndiaPost or other reliable partners to ensure timely delivery.
📦 Bulk & B2B Orders
For bulk orders or international shipments, our team will coordinate directly with you to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery solution. We support LTL (Less than Truck Load) and full container loads as required.
🛡️ Liability & Responsibility
Zoftbags is responsible for the product only until it leaves our warehouse. After dispatch, the responsibility lies with the shipping/cargo carrier. In case of any damage or loss during transit, claims should be filed with the respective logistics partner.
🚫 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are requested to double-check shipping details before finalizing the order.

If a delivery issue arises due to an error from our side, we will take full responsibility.

If the issue is due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
