1. General

• All products on this website are manufactured and sold by Loyals India Sales Corp, operating under the brand name Zoftbags.

• By placing an order through this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Orders and Customization

• We specialize in custom-made bags, pouches, trolleys, and accessories for bulk buyers.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Customization requests must be clearly communicated in writing, including size, color, material, branding, and packaging requirements.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices shared are EXW (Ex Works) and do not include shipping charges, taxes, or duties.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon and clearly mentioned in your quotation or invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver globally using trusted courier, cargo, and logistics companies.

• Clients may also arrange their own shipping or request a specific courier.

• Shipping charges are additional and depend on the destination, weight, and delivery method.

• Tracking details will be shared once the product is handed over to the courier.

• We allow warehouse pickups as well, upon request.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• Our responsibility ends once the goods are handed over to the shipping partner or collected from our warehouse.

• Clients are requested to double-check delivery details. If an address error is made by us, we will bear the cost. If the error is made by the customer, the customer will bear the cost.

• For remote or restricted areas, we use IndiaPost or as per the client’s instruction.

6. Returns and Claims

• Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect acknowledged by us.

• Any issues with product quality or order mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, product photos, content, and trademarks (including Zoftbags®) are the property of Loyals India Sales Corp and may not be used without permission.

8. MSME Registration

Zoftbags (Loyals India Sales Corp) is a registered MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise) under the Government of India. We comply with all applicable guidelines and operate with full regulatory transparency.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes or legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
